Who does what
As a small, fast-growing team, we all wear a lot of hats. However, we believe that clear roles and responsibilities are essential for a high-performing team. This document outlines the primary roles and responsibilities at Eddy Works.
The Team
- Dan: Business Decisions, Product Strategy, and a little bit of everything else.
- Greg: Technical Decisions, Engineering, and a little bit of everything else.
- The Rest of Us: We are all responsible for building a great product, a great company, and a great team.
Our Approach to Roles
We believe in a "player-coach" model. We are all players, and we are all coaches. We are all responsible for our own work, and for helping others do their best work.
We don't have a lot of formal titles, and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. We are a team of equals, and we are all working towards the same goal.
