How we pay and support our team
We want to attract and retain the best people, and we believe that our compensation and benefits should reflect that. We are committed to paying our team members fairly and competitively, and to providing a benefits package that supports their health and well-being.
Compensation
We use a transparent, data-driven approach to compensation. We review our compensation bands annually to make sure we are paying our team members fairly.
We don't negotiate salaries. We believe that everyone in the same role should be paid the same, regardless of their negotiation skills.
Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all our team members.
- Unlimited Time Off: We trust you to take the time you need to rest and recharge.
- Hybrid Work: We run a hybrid office. We work 2 days onsite and 2 days of your choice. People either work 2 days or 4. A 4 day week is the maximum. The 2 onsite days have to be on Monday-Tuesday. Part-time workers are always scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.
